It is not possible to cancel and take refund for a program during the program duration once purchased.

Unfortunately, No Refund is possible for any of the counselling programs or product kits.

1. Why can't I cancel and take refund for my program once purchased?

   Our programs offer multiple personalized services like counselling sessions, product kits, diet plan, exercise plan depending on the chosen program and their specifications. Cancellation and refund is not allowed during the middle of the program because a lot of these services are tailored to your profile and delivered at the start of the program itself with continuous guidance and monitoring on the program throughout the duration of the program.

2. I don't want certain products or product kit as a whole that you have sent me as part of the program, what do I do?

   It is not possible to customize or replace or refund for specific food items in part of as a whole in a product kit. However, your diet plan is completely personalized to your requirements from the food items that are sent to you.

3. I am dissatisfied with your services and program, what should I do?

   In case, you are dissatisfied by any part of the program, please do connect with us on [email protected] and we will ensure that services are personalized to your needs as per the specifications of the program you have purchased.

4. The services offered are not as per the program specifications that were provided to me, what do I do?

   First of all, our apologies if there has been a lapse in delivery of the services as per the specifications. Please share exact details about the services offered or not being offered as per the program specifications on [email protected]. We are committed to address any lapses in the best possible way through adequate service delivery.
